Who built it
GuardOps was built by Sayed Qureshi, a working security guard, and is operated by Bizalux LLC in Kent, Washington. That is the reason the product starts from proof of service rather than from scheduling or payroll: the missing DAR and the disputed clock-in are the problems you actually feel on a post.

Worth saying plainly, so you do not spend a trial finding out:
- There is no Android app yet. It is in development, but if your guards are mostly on Android today, wait for it.
- GuardOps holds no security certifications. If your client procurement requires a completed SOC 2 report, we cannot meet that yet.
- It is not a payroll system. It exports timesheets as CSV, and payroll happens in your existing tool.
- Very large operations with deep custom integration requirements should weigh that need against what is published here.

Does GuardOps hold any security certifications?
No. GuardOps is working toward SOC 2 readiness and does not claim certifications it does not hold. Security documentation is available for vendor reviews on request.
How long does it take to switch?
Most security companies add their sites, invite their guards, and are running in under an hour. Sites and guards import by CSV. The longer part is habit rather than setup: expect a few weeks before every guard files reports without being reminded.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export reports as PDF and data as CSV at any time during your subscription, without asking us. If you cancel, access continues to the end of the billing period and your data is retained for 30 days so you can reactivate.
